Membership Information

If you live or work in McLennan County; or live, work or worship in Hill or Brown Counties; or have an eligible family member who is a member of First Central Credit Union, then you are eligible for membership. Additionally, through Friends of Consumer Freedom, membership eligibility is expanded to those living, working or worshipping in Bosque, Falls, Coryell, San Saba, Mills, Comanche, Eastland, Callahan, Coleman, and McCulloch Counties.

New members are required to open a savings account with a minimum deposit of $5. Once you're a member, you'll have access to all the other products and services offered by First Central. Our policy is "once a member, always a member," so even if you change jobs, retire, or move away, your credit union membership continues and you continue to enjoy the benefits.

Members stay up to date on credit union happenings, calendar of events, new products and services, and what’s trending through our monthly e-News. This electronic newsletter is available to members with current email addresses on file. You can simply make this request by email to firstcentral@firstcentralcu.com and make sure we have your email address today to receive our next edition.
