In accordance with the bylaws of First Central Credit Union, applications for nominations are being accepted for three (3) open positions for credit union directors.
Consideration for board membership is available to any credit union member over the age of twenty-one. Current directors whose 3-year terms are expiring include Bev Walker, Dan Dent, and Glenn Williamson.
Serving as a volunteer on your credit union board of directors is a great way to participate in the democracy that makes us different and unique from other financial institutions. Members of the Board of Directors have the duty and responsibility to set direction and control the credit union according to the wishes of the membership and in accordance with all pertinent laws and regulations. They set policy, ensure First Central Credit Union maintains its sound financial condition and decide what programs First Central Credit Union will offer and what type of facilities it will use. Regular meetings are scheduled once a month, normally on the evenings of the fourth Wednesday. Terms of office are three (3) years.

This year's Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday March 28, 2019 at the Bellmead Civic Center.
