Your points from purchases update automatically. We ask that you please take note of the following:

  • You will be asked to register your account. (Your Extra Awards user name and password used prior to February 2021 will no longer work.) Click on the "Create New Account" link and follow the prompts to establish your new sign-in credentials. Please have your account number, SSN, and email on file ready. (You must have an email address on file with First Central Credit Union for this process to work for you.) Once you have completed the form, a "Confirmation Code" will be emailed to you. The First Central VISA chip card has the most recent major advancement in card security technology, with an embedded microchip that stores and generates the information required to authenticate, authorize and process transactions. You can use your VISA chip card at the same merchants as the magnetic stripe is accepted -- everywhere chip card readers have not been installed. Once merchants have upgraded their payment terminals to accept the new chip card, you can simply insert your card into the reader instead of swiping.
