Employee Benefits

Medical Insurance

FCCU employees who work at least 40 hours per week are eligible to join the medical plan. Employees become eligible for coverage the first day of the month following thirty (30) calendar days of full time employment. Employee coverage can be extended to spouse and/or children. This benefit is completely funded for the employee.

Dental Insurance

FCCU employees who work at least 40 hours per week are eligible to join the dental plan. Employees become eligible for coverage the first day of the month following thirty (30) calendar days of full time employment. Employee coverage can be extended to spouse and/or children. This benefit is completely funded for the employee.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

This benefit is completely funded by FCCU. Employees become eligible for coverage the first day of the month following thirty (30) calendar days of full time employment.

Group Term Life Insurance

This benefit is completely funded by FCCU. Employees become eligible for coverage the first day of the month following thirty (30) calendar days of full time employment.

Vacation & Sick Leave

Eligible employees may use their paid vacation after six months of employment and sick leave after 90 days of employment.

401(k)

Eligible employees may begin investing in the company's 401(k) plan after six months of employment.

Brownwood

We currently have a position open for a FULL-TIME BI-LINGUAL (SPANISH) TELLER. Rotating Saturdays 9A -1P and Monday - Friday 8:30A - 5:30P. This position is designed for the candidate to upon successful mastery of teller functions and exceptional delivery of the member experience, promote into a Universal Agent (Member Service) position. The position will be located in the Brownwood branch.

Waco

We currently have a position open for a PART-TIME TELLER. This position is designed for the candidate to upon successful mastery of teller functions and exceptional delivery of the member experience could, but not necessarily be required, promote to a full-time position. The position will be located in the Waco area. 

We currently have a postion open for a Bi-lingual Consumer Loan Officer. The successful candidate must have the capability to excel in a fast paced environment, must exceed members' requests and expectations by offering products and services that will not only meet their needs, but give the flexibility of convenience.  Candidate will interview loan applicant, review and analyze loan documents for cloisng agents, and schedule appointments for closing. Candidate will also need to be able to explain counter offers and denials; assist with collection efforts on delinquent loan accounts; and be comfortable using technology to expedite processes. 

We currently have a position open in the Accounting Department. This position will perform a variety of routine clerical/accounting duties in support of the accounting department. A typical day would include transferring data from detailed reports into excel spredsheets, followed by balancing multiple GL accounts, some data research as needed as related to ETM/ITM transactions and posting of various daily and monthly accounting journal entiries and reconciliation of various statements.This position will be located in the Bellmead branch.
